We were impressed with our stay at Hyatt House. The location in Seattle Center can't be beat, with easy access to great Seattle attractions, food, and transportation including the wonderful monorail. The in-building amenities were great as well, particularly the breakfast. People who stay here clearly love the breakfast because there's always a line, but it moves quickly and the wait is worth it.

Hotel was decent. Couldn’t guarantee any housekeeping because they were at full capacity even though I requested it at 10 Am and it’s only done upon request. Breakfast was decent. Location was great

Jonathan at the front desk was fantastic. Kind, friendly & informative but not overbearing. He answered all of my questions and gave helpful suggestions. The breakfast area Sunday morning was incredible. The buffet was clean and plentiful options. We dont venture into the city much as it's become dingy and less safe but our stay at the hotel was fantasic. When we come back for a weekend trip we'll definitely be stay here.

The check in was easy and location great, $45 to park a car is ridiculous, the floor was coming up in the room, the couch cushions looked like there was a cat in the room, the walls has splatter of stuff on them, the breakfast buffet was awesome and the check out was easy

Great Breakfast, full size fridge, microwave, stove, pots pans. Great view, parking a little tight for bigger cars, clean. Beds a little too firm but very clean hotel room over all. Will be staying again due to everything positive I mentioned.

Accidentally put the wrong date in when booking. I realized a couple of days later (but multiple days before the incorrect date that was booked) and the hotel wouldn’t let me change the date to the correct one which was like a week later. I had to pay $300 because there was a typo on the booking.

I love the family friendly environment. Breakfast is great, I love that there's a different menu every morning. The bar is a plus to unwind after a busy day out with the family. The rooftop is also great to unwind and enjoy the beautiful view. Staff are welcoming and addressed every need in a timely manner. The rooms are comfortable and spacious for families.

Great room. Rather pricey parking $45 and a fee for pets that is not easy to find on hotels.com or Hyatt website of $75 a night!! Breakfast was much better than average. Overall great place but add ons are higher than customary

Hotel was nice, clean, and location is very convenient. Only issue we had is they never provided extra towels after we requested twice. They kept promising they will be delivered to our room.

It is a great hotel and has very friendly staff - It has a nice view if you choose the Space Needle view (try to get on the upper levels). in 1-2 min walking distance to many activities. The breakfast is great and offers many options. It has a playing area in the lobby with some games - that's good for kids.

Our room was really smelly and you couldn’t even open the window to get any fresh air in there. Then when we checked out, I forgot my blow dryer and tried to call the hotel to get it sent back to me and had no response back from them.

The elevator is the only detractor from this hotel as you might end up waiting a long time for a ride to your room - and only one of the elevators actually goes to the parking garage, so if you need to get all the way down, you often have to switch. My only other complaint is the parking fee for storing your car in the garage is quite high. Otherwise, this is a pretty nice hotel. It has clean rooms, clean hallways and lobby, helpful staff, decent security and a good continental breakfast with lots of options, plus it's quiet and convenient walking distance to the downtown area. There's a great view of the Space Needle from the rooftop if that's your thing too.

Best place to stay to watch the NYE show at the Needle. However, the roof was overcrowded and claustrophobic. Stay here, but go to the spectator area to see the fireworks. The buffet was very late, 8:00, and pretty disgusting.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great woth many options and something for everyone. Great location and everything was within walking distance. There was construction going on across the street so it was noisy but that cant be helped. We'll definitely be back again!

The hotel didn’t have parking onsite and we had to park at their sister hotel 3 blocks away. They advertised being able to watch the fireworks for New Years from their rooftop deck but turned people way because a capacity issues. Super disappointing that we paid premium prices and didn’t have a premium experience

If you are thinking of staying here. Read this. The hotel is great. It’s located right across from the space needle and a couple of the other museums. If you stay on the 8th floor and get a space needle view room it really is a wonderful stay. The room has everything you would need except a SAFE?? It’s the only down side. And that’s a big one. They say they have a common safe in the lobby for you which is just ridiculous for a Hyatt in 2023 not to have a safe in the room. Motel 6 has a safe.. but skipping that.. it’s got a nice kitchen, great layout and There is a nice roof top deck that doesn’t look anything like the photos but it’s there and fun to go outside at night for some Fresh air and a great view. The staff is good. Not great by any means but good enough. Carlos was wonderful. He’s a pro and helped us check in early and get a better room but there is a really creepy security guard.. I guess because he wears a security jacket, a mask and walks around doing 1/2 push ups on the tables in the lobby.. but old and weak, the kinda guy I used to enjoy running into and helping choose a new line of work..but luckily with age came my ability to just laugh at them. So other than that guy and Carlos they are. Just average. Kinda what you expect from anyone in the 20s-30s age range now a days. The only thing to be weary of somewhat is it’s in a location filled with mentally disturbed people and homeless

I had stayed there with my family. Room was spacious and well kept. only a few flaws were one of the curtain didn't work but perhaps it was for the privacy since it was facing the train. the faucet drain was a bit damaged and didn't work properly. All cutlery and cups were 4 pieces except mugs. Coffee maker was usable but quite beaten up and falling apart. So those were only downsides and everything else were great. My daughter loved the room. Since it's in downtown Seattle, you have to bear some noises over the night and from the streets. Breakfast was enjoyable. Staffs were friendly. We heard parking in Seattle would be quite diffcult and pricey so able to use the hotel's parking was great. I would stay again if i visit Seattle again.

A family trip to Seattle downtown Hyatt house was very nice with friendly staff and clean and comfortable place. Very convenient location too. Great view of space needle was a plus!!

The parking garage was expensive, but it was totally worth it if you plan to walk or Uber while you're there. the building felt secure and safe. Everything is so close by!

Perfectly located in Center Seattle. Walking distance to the monorail, which takes you right to the light rail. Great views of the Space Needle. Great spacious room, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed for a 6 day stay.
