The hotel facilities and location met my expectations and the stay was actually quite pleasant but I was made to pay a deposit which till today has not been refunded to me.
I was told to pay a deposit of USD150 and this will be refunded to me 2-3 days after checkout. It’s been a week and the refund has not been credited back to me. Messages to the hotel did not have any response.
