Hotel is walking distance to space needle and other attractions. Hotel is very clean, nice breakfast, parking option and friendly staff. The hotel rooms have great view as well.

Good value, breakfast was one of the better free ones I’ve had. However the tv had dead pixels and lines through them and housekeeping didn’t seem to check alarm clocks as whoever stayed prior set alarms that woke us up.

Very good breakfast and gym. Decent proximity for walking to restaurants (though don’t expect a bunch right outside the door). Staff were helpful. Parking fee was reasonable. The only beef I have is I don’t know why they play Fox News every morning at breakfast!

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The elevators were really hit and miss. Several times they weren't functioning correctly (stopping at a requested floor but not opening the door and then moving on, then stopping at an unrequested floor). Breakfast was just ok and ended at 9:30, which is too early on a vacation weekend imo.

Overall comfortable stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only issue was i decline parking in their lot because i found metered parking but was still charge for parking. Still waiting for parking refund.

Great location near Seattle City Center and Pikes Place Market. Updated rooms that are roomy. Property is very clean and quiet. Good breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, location was great for walking to Space Needle area. Minor suggestions to make it better. The sink is in the room, which is convenient for getting ready, but a hand towel rack near it would be helpful. Add a fan to the bathroom so it doesn't get so humid. Replace the pillows with foam, flat pillows aren't comfortable. Don't hide the ice bucket in the closet. Extend the breakfast hours, 9:30 on weekends isn't long enough. And figure out why the TV guide doesn't match what's actually playing. And, like most hotels, walls are thin. Would stay again as price was good, it was clean and location was great.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job! Clean and neat! Beds were made when I returned to the room. Trash emptied. Countertop, bathtub, and sink were wiped and dried.

We stayed 5 nights. It was really present stay. The staffs were very kind, and breakfast is really good. The room is newly renovated and clean. The only thing i didn't like is a littlt bit noisy but I highly recommend to everyone

We always choose the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Seattle Downtown because we can park there easily and just be a block and a half from the Center and the Monorail. We always choose a room with view of the Space Needle.

The room and bathroom were clean and they also had room service done every day during my 3 nights stay! I had a fridge and a microwave and a TV in the room. Breakfast was really good and they also had parking space for a little charge per night. Laundry was also available! Location of the hotel is very close to downtown and space needle area and it was easy to get out of the hotel because traffic was minimum on the road where the hotel is situated.

Upon ebtering room we were met with a smell that was off. My son Then showed me peeling wall paper in the bathroom with what appeared to be black mold on the wall. We were moved rooms but found the same smell in our new room as well. Very poor air circulation in rooms as opening the window was the only solution. Our compensation for the experience was not satisfactory at all.

The room has good interior design, cozy and clean. The staff is friendly. We had difficulty finding the parking structure under the building because of the big No Entry sign as you drive through which confused us and cause us to turn right and out of the property. It was good that we found parking space in front of the building on our second attempt.

The overall was ok. The rooms are a bit cramped. The bathroom sink was clogged and took couple mins to drain for every time you used it.

It was comfortable and clean. Has microwave, coffee, and mini fridge in room. The sink is inside the bathroom. Minimal toiletries. Good space with a great view of the needle. Their mini market could be stocked better and more options. Breakfast was good but lines were long. Very conveniently located, about 3 blocks walk to the needle but the neighborhood is transitional with new condos. There’s express local bus that’ll take you downtown.

Amazing location within walking distance to attractions and to the monorail. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A lot of construction going on in the area, but that’s most of Seattle right now. Always felt safe walking during the day and at night. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable. Only issue I had in the room is that we only watched Netflix while there, but our tv kept resetting mid show or mid movie, and we’d have to keep logging in over and over again. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else when I visit.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our car navigation took us out of town not recognising the address at first. We worked out it was known on that as Aurora Ave (off John St). We then had no problem getting back there on the same house number. The hotel itself is in an excellent location. We walked to Climate Arena for an NHL game and was a short walk. Also short walk to Space Needle and surrounds which wad great as you can then take the monorail to diwntown and get to Pike Markets. The room wasnt huge but was big, clean and comfortable enough. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast provided was excellent. We paid for onsite parking to assist with convenience as we mostly walked to where we wanted to go. Front counter people very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty great stay. Appreciated the private parking garage but wish I would have been told there was an extra fee for using it. I would pay it either way but would have been nice to know ahead of time.
