The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It has a wonderful location in the city. The one major drawback was that it has only two elevators, with one out of service, and it is a very large building. Our room was on the 6th floor. In 4 days I never witnessed any work being done on the out of service elevator.

We booked at this hotel last minute (due to a variety of issues) that meant we were in a new city with no place to stay. The incredible front desk staff members Markeisha and Imani were so helpful and accommodating and pleasant and.... I could go on and on, but let me just say that they saved our first trip to Seattle by being total pros, fully understanding and so helpful. They were able to get us a room at 10:00pm at night and it was a great; clean and the perfect size for 2. The location was great and near a variety of amenities as well. We were only there 2 days but we are still talking about and telling people about our great experience at the Holiday Inn in downtown Seattle. Thanks again Markeisha and Imani.

Pricey and service not good. Only one elevator working and no water bottle in the room. Most of the hotels provide water bottle atleast when you check in but not here.

The security coming from garage to lobby wasn't the best. Found homeless people sitting and sleeping in the staircases. Using stairs to go to your hotel room, you have to go outside, door not locked. No use of hotel key to access the stairs at all, so basically anyone could walk around the hotel.

Safe downtown property for walking to climate pledge arena. However, this property is in need of a major remodel. The bathroom was so rundown it had a look of filth to it. One elevator was broken the entire time and the sign made it clear it was a pre-existing problem. Beds were nice and firm. The rooms were slightly updated, but still dated.

The staff was amazing and went advice and beyond to make sure my children had a stress free check in while traveling to tour a college out of town. I’m grateful and will definitely use this location again!

Good stay, Very close to Seattle Center, walkable. Nice and Clean. Roomy. Bed comfortable. Nice staff but we did have 45 min wait time to check in (but it was a super busy weekend), so they comp the parking. Was happy with our experience and would stay again.

The room was ok. It was well worn. Wall paper was peeling off the bathroom wall and you could tell where a hand towel rack used to be. The toilet was so low, I even had a hard time using it and I am 5 feet tall. There was only one elevator working and using the stairs was awfully difficult. The stairwell was not like a normal stairwell and the signage was terrible fir locating all the parts of the stairwell. The location was great for access to Climate Pledge, food & entertainment.

The breakfast next door which was included was terrible. We had a very long wait and the food was cold and undercooked. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful and quiet. Will stay again!

My biggest issue with the stay was how there was a difference in price between what was offered on Expedia and what I paid in the hotel. I'm not knowledgeable enough about whose fault it is but the way the reception employees handled my situation was a bit hectic. Constantly blaming Expedia without offering to help facilitate the communication and take an active part in solving the problem. Moreover, In the pictures, my room had a sofa bed and an additional couch, when we arrived there was no couch and one person was forced to sleep on the floor for 5 nights and all the hotel had to offer in return was saying "We don't have couches in our rooms but would you like to more pillows?"

We stay 1 night on 29/30 in 2023. Room number 437 is terrible! The toilet was stuck, no one come up to repair, the elevator taking super slow and only 1 is service.

Very clean, conveniently located, good service and overall good experience. The hotel is a little bit old, but the rooms are very clean and spacious. Only one elevator was working, so we had to wait during peak hours. Friendly and helpful staff, quick check in and check out. Rooms have a small fridge, little bit noisy.

Only two elevators for 6 story Property, & 1 elevator was "Out-of-Service" throughout our 3-day stay!! Daytime elevator service took forever; & it was a Dangerous situation IF there had been a necessary EVACUATION Emergency. Totally Unacceptable.

Spacious room, very clean, bathroom a little bit small but again clean and well stocked , love the dove products. Staff could not do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. Super easy to get to the space needle and the waterfront

Staff were great room was the best, if you have oversized vehicle I was not able to park my truck in the alley parking that was the only other option beside street p paining that was unavailable. Was inconvenient

The staff I interacted with were great; check in/out was very easy and quick. I appreciated the parking garage being so well gated; I felt that my car was safe. The room was spacious enough and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of the Space Needle and MoPop. Unfortunately, there was only 1 hotel elevator working during our trip which made getting luggage from/to the car an ordeal so we mostly used the stairs (we literally waited for about 15 minutes for the elevator the first time-it did come once but was at capacity so had to keep waiting for one with room)—this could be a big issue if someone has mobility problems (just a heads up). They don’t serve breakfast; there is an affiliated cafe on site with a very limited menu but it is very overpriced for what you get and it was not good (gravy was room temp on the biscuits and the eggs tasted like burned chemicals) so, plan for food elsewhere.

Good hotel for all Seattle activities. Pikes Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass, etc. Noisy building works going on which would have been useful to have known about in advance, but not really starting until 8am. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and needed more padding in the mattress.

Room condition is quite good - clean and well organized, but fitness room needs to have some kind of air conditioning or, at least, air circulation. Surrounded areas are a bit cluttered because of constructions. Overall it is a quite good hotel to stay for a night or two.
