This is a cute little property right next to most of the cafés and restaurants. It’s a great value for money and we specially loved it because of the personal touch that the owners left. Sharat is a great man and is always ready to help. And not to miss, their extremely generous breakfast buffet that you must try if you are staying here. They also gifted us cute elephant carvings as a farewell gift☺️
The AC in our room was a bit dated, but Sharat sir helped us with it, so it wasn’t a problem. We had a great sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sigiri Rainbow Lodge! ❤️ The property is surrounded by so much greenery, with beautiful trees and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. It feels like a little escape into nature, while still being incredibly convenient.
One of the best things about the location is its proximity to the main road and the bus stop, making it easy to get around. There are also several lovely cafés and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy authentic and delicious Sri Lankan food.
The biggest highlight for us was the proximity to Sigiriya Lion Rock — it’s only about a 5–10 minute walk, which made visiting the attraction extremely convenient.
The service was excellent, and the entire property was quiet, cozy, and free from any disturbance. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down, relax, and enjoy your surroundings.
We would especially recommend Sigiri Rainbow Lodge for a couples’ getaway, a peaceful family stay, or anyone looking for a cozy retreat surrounded by nature. 🌴✨
The bathroom should have a little brighter lighting and buckets.

The beds were quite comfortable and staff were helpful.
The shower in the toilets were really rusty and the handle for the door to the toilets was broken. Also toilets tissue and hand soap weren't provided so had to ask the staff.
