The location is excellent with some great bars and interesting tourist sites nearby. We stayed only one night but when we go back to Granada we will definitely stay here again.
The room had everything you need and more. The fridge and microwave were a surprise. The aircon was good. Bed very comfy and the room was quiet. It was also very clean.
Check-in was a little odd as no one was there and I had confirmed our arrival time. A lady, I think the cleaner, did find us at reception and gave us our key. She was very friendly. Check out was simple. Leave the key on the desk and send a message to say you've checked out. Now we know how it works we'll be prepared for next time. This isn't a complaint, just an observation.

Surprisingly super good. The "hostal" is actually a real hotel. Rooms are clean, new and big. Everything works well and is super well insulated, so no issue to sleep. Bathroom is clean and big, nothing to say.
Room service even came for cleaning during our only 2-day stay.
I highly recommend this place, the staff is incredibly kind, for a hotel placed in the ultra center of Granada.

Location was very close to all the site’s we wanted to visit
The shower head was broken but the pressure was fine
But the pillows could be replaced as they seem old and bubbling personally I prefer my own pillow instead of one very long one
