The worst self catering apartment I have stayed in

Cleaning standards and broken terrace furniture unacceptable...
Location and there were two terraces and the view to street. The air con everywhere even in the bedrooms.
With total heartache I have to write this review. I have never stayed in such dirty apt with broken unusable terrace furniture on both terraces which was one of the main reasons for booking this in the first place. We actually felt dirty in the apt. On arrival there were someones skid marks in the toilet, all floors dirty and it looked like they weren't cleaned for weeks, our socks got filthy in two minutes.. My auntie who never complains eventually said that such dirt is unacceptable. Walls were dirty from entering the place and it continued upstairs, there is a damaged dirtly ceiling hatch in the living room that is gonna fall down soon. Towels have threads hanging, bedsheets and pillows had hair on them, curtains had dirtly large stains, bathroom was rusty and dirty... Terrace table is so unsteady that is unusable, with glass. I was terrified it may fall on someone and break. Terrace chairs had broken and on the second terrace chair cushions had large mould on all of them, the sun lounger is unusable as it is totally broken. The two bedrooms absolutely tiny. There was no kettle in the kitchen which was the least of our concerns. And it wasn't cheap. When we wrote to say all of this this we never got any apology but the told us they would bring the kettle and water, which was never the issue. I hope that the next guest would receive better service, cleanliness + usable terrace furniture. I am saddened to leave this but this was unacceptable and I hope this will improve.
