Pre check in communication was delightful. Our family wishes to thank the staff for arranging a little birthday surprises for our child at our request.
There is sufficient lighting and no human portrait in the bedroom compared to Radisson Collection in Berlin, where we just stayed prior to this hotel. The roiletries smell very nice and helps to freshen up the toilet.
I am pleased to find towel wallhooks in the toilet and a large basin that keeps the vanity top less wet.
For better sleep quality, the strip lights at the curtain area could be disconnected with the foyer light to dim the room. It would be helpful for guests who wish to keep the foyer light turn on during the night for the access to the toilet
I also observed that there is little greetings to guests at the front desk and absolutely no greetings/eye contacts/smiles from the housekeeping staff to acknowledge guests presence.

Great location, close to the train station and key location for travelling around Nuremberg. Staff friendly and happy to give tips and help with anything! Hotel was clean and the room was lovely! Facilities great, really good value for money! Felt safe throughout, highly recommend!

Location. Easy short walk from train station and close to old town. I did not have breakfasr, so no review.
I asked for a quiet room in advance. My superior room on the 1st floor was very noisy due to traffic and people outside. Doors slam shut very loudly in the hallway. Lighting is very dim, especially in the bathroom. It doesn't help that the decor is also in very dark colours. The room was also not very clean especially the large mirrors in bed and bathroom. I informed the reception staff the next evening and they offered to move me to the 5th floor, but since I was leaving the next morning, I declined.
