The location is nice, just a short walk from the beach. The house is spacious, so we all could sleep comfortably. The beds and mattresses are excellent, which made our stay very relaxing. Also the rooftop terrace is a nice bonus! My child was amazed by it.
What could be improved are the kitchen appliances and some of the equipment, such as the TV and toilet seat, which were damaged or not functioning properly. I believe investing a little more in these areas would make a significant difference. With these improvements, the accommodation would truly be a top 10 place!

Дуже затишний і комфортний будинок. Тераса з барбекю - просто супер, брали в рибних лавках рибу (якої просто неймовірна кількість) та морепродукти та готували там. Моя дитина - підліток була у захваті від кімнати на 3-му поверсі)

The property was amazing. Clean, updated, beautiful and safe. Everything you want in a vacation. We asked for an iron and a board and the management delivered brand new ones the next morning.
Management is was inefficient for this type of accommodation and cost. The check in was in an entirely different location 15 mins walking away from the apartment and we weren’t informed until we arrived with our 3 suitcases in 40 degrees weather so we had to uber to the apartment location after check in . The apartment was fortunately in a more central and safe location but we had chosen it for the proximity to the central station not the city center. Fortunately it worked . During check out the manager inspected the place to make sure everything was ok and he said it was and then two hours after we left the place a colleague of his called to inform us that there were two cases missing and they will charge our credit card. We of course denied it and said that nothing was taken from the place and he should have reported it during our check out inspection because in the meantime after we left anyone could have entered the place. Check in and check out were really unpleasant surprises to our overall perfect stay.
