I liked the location as it's in a quite area and also close to the beach and some magazines. Perfect for our familiy with 1 year old kid.
It's not something that I didn't like but for someone else having stairs both to enter the apartment and inside the apartment could be a breaking point.

The Apartment is in a very good location and very quite.
The upstairs Bathroom was clean but there is a bad drainage smell.

The location was very convenient in walking distance from the main beachfront. Although parking is generally a challenge- the owner had reserved a place for us in front of the property. It was clean, comfortable and air conditioned throughout.
There was nothing which was an issue for us.
