For the price it was a very nice stay, i loved the possibility to check in late by self check in. The beds were comfortable
The shower didn’t work properly, the water didn’t go down the drain easily and it took a lot of time for the water to not be there, also the water leaked through the shower on the floor. The duvets were stained by pee, which we discovered only after removing the sheets. But other than that the stay was fine

We were at the best floor, the view was amazing, and the bed was so comfortable, the location was near at everything and also I liked that you are so close to a park and a river

The building is very nice and stylish served with panoramic lift. Very close to Podgórze and Kazimierz where you can walk. The area is not crowded, close to a park and the river bank is available for walks as well. There are many shops, bars restaurans around open late in the evening too.
The floring was covered with the carpet that was stained in many places. It didn't look very hygienic to walk on. These for sure require regular vacuum-washing rather than just dust vacuuming. The side standing lamp was not working.

I booked quite last-minute, but the accommodation was very well-priced and still in a good location. The staff at the coffee shop conjoined to the hotel served great coffee and were very friendly, letting me sitting at a table for many hours to work.
Also, even though the hotel was mostly unmanned (aside from house-keeping), the staff monitoring the messaging were very attentive, and helped me out with a couple of different issues.
On level 3, the wifi was very slow so I was unable to work from the room.
