The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Super service from them. The rooms are very simple and a bit stuffy but serve their purpose well. The upstairs floor was great with the seating area outside the room but there was some small beeping noise coming from something, only noteworthy if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise it was nice and quiet. There are a few local eateries around and the tica bus stop is super close.

Simple hotel, but clean, very close to the bus station, shower was very nice and warm
It is not the most confy bed/pillow, but it will do just fine for a few nights

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I stayed once and when I came back to San Jose again I stayed here again its mean I was really comfortable there.
