Great location, beautiful staff who were very accommodating & friendly.

Location was excellent for what we required. They went out of their way to accommodate us & even gave us a 2nd room for our additional guests at not extra charge. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean rooms with lovely kitchens & new bathrooms. Thank you for lovely rooms.

Home away from home

Felt like a little home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and was great having separate rooms for me and my daughter. Was a really neat little unit that felt like a cabin. The loft with the two beds was particularly cool.

The end unit where we were had a lot of road noise and I struggled to fully close the windows to dampen the sound. I didn't know Auckland well so didn't realise we were on such a busy road.

Not a place I would choose to stay again

This was a last minute booking to avoid being caught in the Far North when Hurricane Gabrielle struck. There was very little accommodation available near Auckland airport where we were due to fly out from the next day. So we were grateful to find somewhere.

The property is tired but adequate for a 1 night stay. Unfortunately we were unlucky in neighbours who were sat outside talking loudly until 2 a.m. By this time I had had enough and went out myself to ask what appeared to be 4 young men to please be Quiet. Fortunately they got the message. There did not seem to be anybody in charge of the motel to ask them to be quiet.

Exceptional

For a motel they had spa sauna plenty of parking and their welcome book covered everything even where you could get a dentist or doctor after hours. Staff were very friendly. Totally enjoyed our stay. Big thumbs up to this place.

The room and location suited our needs. The staff were very helpful.

The gym was small and the equipment was very old. We had concerns about some of our windows were not able to be locked.

Very good

The room was big enough for 3 adults and 1 child. We were at the back of the property so traffic noice wasnt a issue. Sky digital was awesome. Overall was great.

Ian is an attentive host. He makes sure that guest needs are met. Prompt communication.

If we got the separate bedroom we were after, the stay would have been great.

Very clean. Comfortable bed.Helpful positive staff.

Booked a room with a separate bedroom because husband is an insomniac and likes to watch tv in the early hours of the morning, but got a studio with a mezzanine. Needless to say struggled to sleep with tv flickering and noise.

Great location stay for the price. Comfy bed :)

I was out all day so was literally somewhere to sleep. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean.

first morning flushed the loo and it wouldn't stop running - I was able to fix. Could do with some curtains to cover the kitchen window as it got light in the room very early.
