This spacious beachfront home is the ideal set-up for two families or for a group of friends to enjoy location and privacy, with easy access to activities and nightlife options nearby.
With 6 bedrooms divided between the main house and the guesthouse, Casa de Sueños makes a group vacation comfortable and fun. Lots of indoor and outdoor common areas offer something for everyone.
Choose from outdoor shaded palapas or sunbathing by the plunge pool on a lounge chair. Or opt to relax in a hammock overlooking the sea under the shade of the Crow's Nest tower.
The beach is just at the bottom of the deck steps, along with our double kayaks available for your use. Paddle out to the nearby reef for amazing snorkeling opportunities, or you can walk along the sand to the Lawson Rock community dock with boat slips to hop on your dive boat or fishing charter boat.
Lawson Rock is a premier location in Roatan, offering proximity to the commercial and transport center of Coxen Hole, while only being a 10-minute drive to popular West End with its nightlife and plethora of activity providers. This house was perfect for our group of ten! It has three separate sleeping spaces: a master bedroom and bathroom downstairs and two or three bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs in the “bedrooms” building, a king sized bedroom and bathroom in the kitchen and living room building, and two queen size bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs over the garage. There’s a nice dining room with a table for 10 and a bar with four barstools inside. Outside, there’s another table with six chairs I believe. The pool is fantastic, and there is lots of outdoor seating on the pool deck, as well as a covered seating area with couches right next to the pool. There are also two other nice areas for relaxing: an upstairs cruise nest with hammocks, a covered area on the way to the beach, and a small space on the beach. There are also two kayaks on the beach and a shower/foot washing area on the way back up. The laundry room has a nice washer and dryer, and lifejackets and paddles and snorkel gear as well. The stuff was fantastic! Someone came to clean the pool every morning, and there is a guard that lets you in out anytime. There is also a staffed front desk who was very responsive for anything we needed. This is a great location. It is very convenient to West End. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hope to go back again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! Out host was very easy to communicate with. The amenities were perfect and we especially appreciated the abundance of towels!

This house was perfect for our group! It was in a beautiful location and the hosts were great! When we had A/C issues someone was over right away and worked on it most the day until it was fixed. They always replied right away and were very helpful. Would recommend this house for your vacation.

We had an exceptional stay in casa de suenos for five days.The location of the house is perfect because everything is easy and fast to reach by taxi or rental car. You have no tourists, a quite beach and a part of the reef for youreself. The house is situated in Lawson Rock which is a 15min taxi drive to West End with loads of bars and nice restaurants. If you drive 10mins north you have the next huge supermarket in Coxen Whole where you can buy everything youre heart desires. The house is perfect for big groups, it’s equipped with everything you can think of in terms of kitchen, different activities or games. You can take the two big Kanus out for a paddle and snorkle on the reef or you can relax in the hammocks, in the pool, or in one of the many chillout areas around the house to enjoy the view of the beautiful carribbean sea.Due to the 24h security service on the beach and around the lawson rock community we felt super safe. The guards where very nice. Roatan Vacation Rentals makes youre stay super comfortable and easy. They are super nice and helped us with everything and where able to answer all our questions. The house and the outside area were super clean when we arrived and the pool area even got cleaned during our stay. We can only recommend staying in casa de suenos in Lawson rock!
