Just a short ten minute drive and you will find yourself in yet another of the Tomaree Peninsulars' Blue Water Wonderlands of Nelson Bay. Known for its majestic headlands of Yaccaba to the north and Tomaree on the south. These massive Headlands mark the entrance to one of the most spectacular harbours on the East coast. From the wharf at Nelson Bay, you can take a ferry across the port and into the Myall River to visit Tea Gardens & Hawks Nest. Visit the Information Centre at Nelson Bay for many other suggestions.
