Great hotel that had friendly staff, super clean hallways and common areas and a great room with good AC. The AC in this room was the best I had in Japan. The staff were friendly and it was a super nice touch that they always had some flavored waters out of the quests.

sleep quality was good (comfortable bed, soft pillow, AC working quietly), very friendly and helpful staff, space in the lobby for resting and having tea and coffee
this is not a 4-star hotel. the corridors (our room was on the 3rd floor) looked cheap like these of a motel, there was a window in the room but it was almost impossible to remove the curtains so it felt claustrophobic
