1. Location - this hotel is not in the most busiest part of Namba. It is a good walking distance. Locating namba station is a bit of a maze, so do take the time to explore. Walking distance from the markets. I was there daily.
2. Clean facilities. From the moment you enter it is quite clean.
3. Free drinks and miso soup is lovely.
4. Room is comfortable.
5. Friendly front desk staff.
when the reviews say that this place is close to a station, best to take this review with a grain of salt. It is not directly across the street, nor is it 2 blocks from a station. Although there is options, the options itself is dependant on the line you choose. With baggage, it is best to take it easy. Why i say this is that the route to get here isn't exactly easy to navigate with baggage. Roads are a bit rough, and you're often sharing the path with other pedestrians, cars, and cyclers. Without baggage, the route is quite easy and lovely. But getting here was an experience on its own. Got to explore the local shops along the way, but mostly did this because I was directly under the sun and I was cooking. This place was also not that easy to find, as it is between shops. So dont get distracted by all the maid cafe shops. You also need to give your key card to the front desk if you want your room cleaned. I was only there for a couple of days so it didn’t matter for me. But if you want a change of bedsheets and towels you will need to give your key card to the front desk.
You can order breakfast, but it seems that there was a communication breakdown when I tried to do so. I was told I couldn't. Good thing that this place has a lot of food places near by so I wasn't as upset.

Location was excellent! Near all the card shops and eateries
Typical small room in Japan but for the price no complaints

Very friendly staff, great location, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Overall really good value for money.
The beds only had thick quilts, no thinner sheet underneath, which made it quite hot to sleep. I wasn’t able to lower the air conditioner temperature below 24C as there was the risk of it leaking water.

Good location, easy to find and some amenities. We were able to store luggage whilst awaiting our flight home which was also useful and staff were friendly
It’s very basic and not what I would consider a 4 star hotel, though it was in the middle of refurbishment when we stayed. Rooms and hotel lobby was quite small but almost expected in a city centre.
