Spacious room for family of 4, booked their suites. It comes with simple kitchen and washing machine

The check in process and door codes were seamless. We arrived at midnight and had no issues checking in.
The place was massive but then again, it was just my son and I. We had the (2) bedroom with the kitchenette and it was ample amount of space. It was a breath of fresh air since our last hotel was practically a capsule with no moving room.
The amenities like toothbrushes, towels, etc for you to grab wasn’t a chore since the place was only 8 floors and we were conveniently on the 4th floor. The building itself is intimate (our floor only had 2 suites) and we rarely heard other patrons.
It is away from the main streets so it was a lot quieter. The location was in proximity to the tourist spots but away from the hustle and bustle.
Staff were extremely responsive via booking.com messaging and they brought my luggage up to my room when I had forwarded it from my previous location.
The WiFi for the TV wasn’t working, regardless of how many times I tried. The WiFi was working to connect to our phones and computers though.
The breakfast being on a separate property was a chore. It would be nice to just eat breakfast in your pajamas and just rolling out of bed. Also, my son was jet lagged and skipped breakfast window 7-9:30A and unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to take breakfast back to my hotel. Also, the other property had a free espresso machine but this location did not. It would’ve saved me a lot of money from purchasing coffee at the shops.

Good location. Walking distance to Namba Station, shopping, food and Den Den Town. Check-in and check-out was easy even though there's no physical staff at the hotel. The room is very clean and bed is comfy. Customer service is superb. Staff was prompt in replying to my queries online and we were glad we could deposit our luggages at the main hotel after check-out and continue to shop as our flight was at night. I was also delighted to know there's daily complimentary breakfast included. Simple spread but good enough for us.
It's at a quiet area but I can still hear occasional vehicle sounds and people talking on the street as my room was at level 2. Sofa is too hard and not comfortable to seat to watch a movie.

Location and convenience. Very happy to have our bags transported from Central to South.
Housekeeping didn’t turn up on promised date.
