The customer service was excellent and the location was great. It was good value for money and the bedrooms were a good size with lots of wardrobe space and hangers. The lift was very useful as was the ironing board/ iron/ hairdryer.
The accommodation is worth its high rating but personally a couple of things would make it top notch. An electric kettle would be easier and a microwave would be very helpful.

clean, great location, not expensive
A/C unit in dining room, none in bedrooms, shower claustrophobic and water was intermittent hot and cold. Its an apartment so no housekeeping

"Location is great, walkable from Station. No need to cross bridge just 2 mins walk but still quite and not crowded being close to the station.
Best part is having fan and AC in hot summer months."
