The apartment was fantasticly located and had lots of original features blended with modern styling.
Christiano provided lots of helpful tips on Venice and was very friendly.
Passing boats were a little noisy in the morning, but worth putting up with for the location.

The location was amazing, on a canal and just one bridge to cross from the train station to get there. There were so many restaurants in easy walking distance and a local supermarket. The apartment is HUGE! I didn’t quite appreciate the size from the photos but it is massive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great location, next to the train station. spacious, newly updated with unique design and right next to the gondola ride.
Has everything you might need including cooking spices
Power line gets overloaded sometimes and need to reset the tripping system. Can be managed though
$$$$
