Great Location. Spacious room. Boarderline Value for money. Basic amenities present. Good for a short stay. Nothing spectacular. Host were very reactive, kept us well informed. Solved instantly a minor problem we encountered with plumbing
Very few power outlets in the room. No cleaning service. Old furniture. A very basic room with no view which was not mentioned. Could use upgrade and remodeling

Location and view was exactly what we were looking for! Not too close to busy tourist areas, easy to get around and the view of the canal was just stunning! The shower was great the power of the water that came out is one of the best!
Toilet could do with a little refresh as some marks over the walls which made it look a little grubby.

The apartment was very spacious - far more spacious than we anticipated! I’ve seen some reviews saying the check in process was complicated, we found it extremely easy and seamless (you just need to ensure you read the instructions they send you the day prior)

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom is private and very nice. Very clean apartment.
Check in took us 2 hours! Upon arrival in Venice, we start receiving additional paperwork that was required to get the code to the door. We sat in the screaming heat of Venice, on my phone trying to submit documents - IF all of this is truly needed, it should have been requested when we booked. We had to upload pictures of our passports, pay additional city taxes and, submit information about the county we were born in!!! this is no joke. Never have I had to say what county I was born in to get the code for the door! Also, these apartments are at the top of the building which is never mentioned in the listing. 46 steps dragging your luggage to get to the apartments, no elevator! AND, we were NOT the only people that had this issue. Other couples that we talked to had the same, lengthy, goofy issues trying to get in the door.
AND - the 46 steps to get to the apartments are a death trap! The steps are carpeted and the carpet is very loose and torn away and are very dangerous to go up and down; especially when carrying luggage! I kept wondering if anyone had fell from the loose carpet and sued them! It's very unsafe!
There is 1 apartment on the main floor, then 4 upstairs that share a common "living room" Each apartment has a lock on the individual doors.
