Great location near Ōmichō Market. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was convenient to store luggage after check-out. The room is compact but clean, and it offers good value for money.

Breakfast buffet was okay but not great. No fresh fruit. Omelettes, poached eggs all cold. Bacon undercooked. Nice spread of Japanese offerings that I enjoyed.
Location is great for access to Omicho Market easy walk to Kenruken gardens
Coffee machine in the foyer was fabulous. On site washing machines great too.
The bathroom has a 25cm high step up into it that is very difficult for older guests. Bed is against the wall so you need to climb over to get out in the middle of the night. Was the smallest room of the 15 hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan but manageable with careful planning.
