Very good

The location is excellent. Right on the best beach. Lots of eating facilities. Easy short walk into town.

It is definitely noisy at night - but this was no surprise as its clearly stated in the property description - and the host kindly provides ear plugs that completely blocked the noise.

Very satiafactory

Well appointed and very clean studio flat in immaculate conditions, practically on the beach. The location can be quite noisy (there is a nightclub at the floor below and quite a bit of traffic on the stairs). This said, between the aircon and the double glazing we had no trouble sleeping (but the throbbing of the bass seeped through!). Martina, the manager, was very kind and responsive.

This place is ideal for young people out for clubbing. We could have done with a little more quiet.

Highly recommend!

The location was excellent, right at the beach and a short walk from the old town. The hosts and facilities were also excellent. Lana met us to hand over the keys and she was extremely friendly and pleasant. Martina was always at the end of the phone and her response was always very quick. I read reviews that said they found it a bit noisy but we had no issue with noise, ear plugs are provided for those who may need them. We stayed here for three nights and slept sound each night, really comfortable bed and pillow! Apartment was also immaculately clean and a lovely view out over the sea.

Fab apartment

Probably the best equipped & comfortable studio apartment we've ever stayed in. Location is great for the beach & only a 15 min stroll to old town, we didn't get one taxi for the 6 nights we were there. Communication with hosts was perfect.

There's a disco on until 4.30am below the apartment but it didn't bother us. The owners have installed shutters outside the apt which certainly minimise this & they also provide earplugs. We slept soundly all week (mid Sept). It may be noisier in peak season as some bars were quiet/closed. Certainly wouldn't put us off staying again 🙂

Great stay in a great location

Loved this place! Great location, friendly staff and nice apartment with everything you could need. I was worried it would be loud due to other reviews but it was fine. We could hear the music at night but did not bother us at all. Ear plugs were supplied but we did not require them.

If you love being at the beach

the location makes for the perfect vacation. it is above the restaurants at the pier. so you literally walk down a flight of stairs and your right in the ocean.

during the summer this place wouldn’t be suitable for the light sleeper. the restaurants turn into night clubs and the outdoor amphitheater has live music til about 2am.

Night life on the beach!

Love the newly refurbished and clean. Wise host left earplugs that were needed due to techno disco beat pumping until 4 or 5 am on the floor below. Loved being literally on the boardwalk 3 stories above beach. 3 people fit cozily. Love the drying rack and the kitchenette and the package of cookies to welcome us. This is perfect for those who want to be close enough to Old Town but to be closer to beach restaurants and night life. Loud night life.

No sleeping without earplugs. Apparently we are too old to enjoy the bar scene late night!

Great view from the apartment.

Perfect location right in front of the beach. The beach is superb. Sandy beach with shallow water, perfect for kids. Many restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance from ferry port and bus terminal Bonus: They also provide beach towels.

There are many pubs below the restaurant playing loud music late until night. Not what we expected for a quite family vacation (only reason for a 9 and not a perfect 10).

Exceptional

Perfect for 2-4 travelers! Such a cute little apartment in the perfect location! Right over the water and above a bunch of bars/restaurants. Short walk to the beach or you can just chill on the edge of the boardwalk. The Riva is a nice 15 minute stroll through a park and cool alleyways. Host was quick to respond and greeted us as our taxi dropped us off. Would definitely recommend this place!

Poor

Modern and compact apartment, very clean and slick interior design. Very welcoming host. The entrance is however not easy to find.

On our way back from an island we were looking for a place to stay near the ferry port. The apartment was impeccable except for the location. It is just above a discotheque and you hear the music until midnight. Even afterwards you hear drunken people shouting until early morning. If you are a party lover, you will love this place, if you are there with your family, you will suffer.

Great location, fantastic management !

A great location, clean, comfortable, safe, and well furnished. Perfect for people watching, beach activities, wining and dining, and an easy 15 minute walk to the Riva, palace, ferry, train and bus terminals. Martina, the manager is wonderful. Excellent communication, she arranged our pickup and return to the airport, and gave us a personal tour of the palace. She couldn’t have been any better!
