Location is perfect, especially for people with pets, because there is a nice green area next to the property. The beach is also a few steps away. There is an excellent restaurant and several cafes nearby. The grocery shop and pastry shop are also close. The bed is really comfortable and there is a kitchenette if you want to prepare a quick meal.
Everything was great for us. However, our room was quite small so if you need more space bear that in mind.

Location location location. It was very nice to walk towards the city of Split along the seashore. 15 minutes walk.
Their were pots and pans st . But no kettle at all. I like a coffee in the morning.

Great location, close to the beach and around a 20-minute walk to the old town, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Check-in was also very easy.
The space was quite small, so we found it difficult to open our luggage. The sink and shower weren’t draining properly, which left some residue around the basin and bathtub. There are also some stairs, so something to keep in mind if you have large or heavy luggage.

The location was perfect, and the host was very understanding. They were helpful in every situation and always solution-oriented.
The towels were stained, so I couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. The room was really small—there was barely any space to move around.
