About this house rental
Situated in Eastham, this lovely house for $332 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our ocean side 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom Eastham home is located on a quiet woodsy cul-de-sac near the Salt Pond Visitor Center of the National Seashore. The house sleeps nine and will comfortably accommodate everyone. The first floor has a queen bedroom with hardwood floors, a living room, a large open kitchen and dining room, plus a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second floor includes a large room with two twin beds, a smaller room with 1 twin bed, two bedrooms with a full bed in each, and a spacious bathroom. The home is decorated with original artwork by the owner's mother and others. There is a large wrap-around deck with a picnic table and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the 1/2 acre wooded property, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and a circular drive with plenty of parking. There is room for kids (and grown-ups!) to play. Just steps from the National Seashore, we are a few minutes drive to either Coast Guard Beach or Nauset Light Beach. The ocean beach can also be reached by bike, a 30 minute walk, or a short shuttle ride. The Doane Rock Shuttle bus is accessible by a safe 10 minute walk on a path through the woods. We are convenient to Wellfleet, Provincetown, Orleans, the Cape Cod Bike Trail and the bay beaches and fresh water ponds of Eastham. The house is perfect for multiple families or multiple generations. We’ve included a portable fold-out mattress for more flexibility in your sleeping arrangements. Enjoy a day at the beach, come home to your outdoor shower, and then relax on the deck before going to the nearby drive-in movie theater, a round of mini golf, or a delicious seafood dinner. ***Skip the bridge traffic - WE RENT SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ***

We had a great experience during our stay! Check in/out process was simple, and the host provided great communication. The house was lovely and provided everything we needed for a good time. We especially enjoyed the basement for late night card games once others had gone to bed. Would love to come back sometime!

What a wonderful place to spend a week with family and friends. Fully stocked with beach vacation essentials and extras. Clean, cool and spacious. Property manager was a breeze to deal with and quick to respond.

Our family gathered once again on Cape Cod, and this location in Eastham was perfect for doing what we wanted to do and the beaches we had chosen. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The home was well equipped, and the owners have made some substantial improvements to the property, namely the A/C, the very comfortable beds, the appliances and the outside deck and shower. All were enjoyed very much. There will be other upgrades hopefully in the future, which will bring it a little more up to date. For the price, it was quite adequate, and our family enjoyed our home away from home for a week.

The house was roomy and comfortable. The air conditioning was a pleasant surprise. The queen size beds in three of the rooms were also appreciated. Great location, overall, very happy!

The property is in a good location an a nice neighborhood. It is as described. There is plenty of square footage. Everything is pretty well stocked. The beds are comfortable, there was plenty of lighting, the washer and dryer were very convenient. The outdoor shower and deck were spacious . Our family had a very good time there. It is aptly named as "no complaints" We would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose & Sharli's house! The house was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. We also enjoyed the backyard and had a lot of fun playing games on the deck from the well-stocked game closet. Jose was communicative throughout our stay as well. I don't think we could've found a better place and would recommend this stay to anyone looking!

Comfortable house with well-stocked kitchen, great for our family of grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. We especially enjoyed the easy access on foot to Coast Guard Beach, and other great beaches within easy distance. Friendly, responsive hosts who quickly answered any questions.

We had a wonderful stay, exactly as expected. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, and ample room. Jose & Sharlie are great hosts who responded to any questions instantly.
Favorite perk was the outdoor shower, which we all used even in September!! We all agreed we want to make a return trip to just enjoy the house & the beautiful beaches with no wedding shedule!!!

This was a wonderful home for us to be in when we weren't at the beach, walking the beautiful trails nearby or visiting Wellfleet and Provincetown. The deck was superb, so big with comfy chairs and of course a table and umbrella for outdoor eating! The outdoor shower was luxurious and there was plenty of room to spread out inside. A great kitchen for more than one cook at a time, the bedrooms were roomy and the mattresses soooo comfortable. And the air-conditioning was the icing on the cake for what turned out to be a very hot weather-week. There were plenty of games for most ages! We had the best time! Thank you, thank you!

We loved our stay at the aptly named No Complaints! There were 5 real bedrooms which isn't always easy to find on outer cape and there was plenty of space for our large family. It was immediately apparent that the home was really well taken care of. The hosts also left a really sweet welcome gift and it was such a nice delight upon arrival.
Location was amazing, so close to National Seashore and the Bay beaches. And to top it off the home is located in an amazing residential neighborhood and we were able to take many family walks, bike rides and runs without having to take my little kids onto main roads.

The house was well equipped and organized extremely well. We enjoyed our stay. My only concern which we knew in advance was that only one room had a larger bed. We had two adult couples who had to sleep on full size beds. Definitely not a surprise and we knew going into it but another queen in the house would be a great addition.

We had an amazing time in Eastham. House had everything we needed and more. Pictures don't do justice to the house, rooms are way bigger! Neighborhood is calm, you can relax and have a peaceful time! If we go back to Cape Cod, we will definetely be looking to rent this house again!

Great vacation location
The house is comfortable and spacious and the hosts are very hospitable. The house has everything one needs for a great stay - just remember to bring your own bed sheets and bath towels.

Cape Cod Escape
When arriving to the house we found the check in very simple and easy. Upon entering the house we noticed how clean everything was and organized. The location was amazing and the outdoor shower is highly recommended!! The special touches around the house made it feel so welcoming & homely! Hope to be able to come back soon! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful Cape House
Sharli and Jose have thought of everything, this property is perfect for families with ages ranging from 1-78. The outside shower is amazing! Thanks guys we will definitely rent again.

Perfect Cape Escape
This home is perfect for a larger group of people such as a large family. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking and sharing a dinner on the large deck. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Eastham is a great location to experience the peacefulness of the Outer Cape.

Lovely house in a great location for accessing Eastern Cape Cod. Plenty of room for the whole family and great access to beaches on the Cape Cod National Seashore. I wish we had stayed longer.

After driving around quite a bit, we commented that there is no where else we would have rather stayed than Eastham.
One thing to note, there are not linens included with this house. We were unaware that this is the culture on the Cape (and I likely did not read the terms closely enough). However, the hosts responded quickly to my inquiry and offered a very workable solution for our short stay.
We would absolutely rent this property again the next time we are in the area.

Major bummer was the broken dishwasher upon arrival ... hosts were very responsive in communication but it could not be repaired during our stay. As a bigger group, who ate most meals at home due to Covid, we spent a LOT of time washing dishes while on vacation.

Peace & Quiet
Lovely home in a lovely neighborhood! Hardly any traffic or noise which was great! Close enough to everything we wanted to do! Great restaurants nearby! We had reserved this property last year but due to COVID had to cancel! Sharli & Jose were quick in responding to any emails sent! We would definitely rent again!!

Great first time visit to Cape Cod
For our first visit to Cape Cod, we had a great time with our children and grandchildren. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the owners were thoughtful and very responsive to our needs. Good location close to both bay and ocean beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

We have been visiting Cape Cod as a family for 10 years and this property figures at the top of our experiences. The location on the National Seashore is wonderful. As to the house, we thoroughly enjoyed the space, layout, easy living, and superb wrap-around deck big enough for our group of 10 including infant. Also the house is well-stocked with all the cooking and cleaning supplies and toilet tissue that you need as soon as you arrive and that you really appreciate not to have to bring.
