Absolutely fantastic stay, what a place!

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular! It was the best view in El Nido.

Breathtaking view but not so perfect room functionalities

The view is definitely breath taking and location is on beachfront. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The cafe and facilities (lobby, stairs etc) is very cozy. Wifi good quality. It was so much nice having the cafe infront of the beach and street access from the back. We can swim in the beach and come to the cafe balcony at night to have a drink and unwind, and come upstairs to the room very convenient. Plus plus kudos to the staffs very helpful accommodating and easy to talk to.

Got room 10, aircon was just very very minimal cooling although its on 16, the compressor is rusty and dripping making the balcony floor wet and drips on my head when you pass and forget something is dripping there. The light bulb is literal broken. The tissue holder is broken making our bathroom tissue wet because there's no where to put it except on top of the sink. Water pressure of bidet specially is a quite weak. The shower is vibrating and making noise when you put the water to a bit colder position. I think it's just this room, when i was looking at the compressor of the other rooms it seems better I guess if you will just avoid room 10 you'll avoid these experience in room facility. The view actually totally put my rate in middle because for the price its worth for the view but for the quality of the room facility specifically room 10, its not really.

Disappointing

The view to the ocean from the balcony A bit distance to the night live I complain about the blocked sink and the not working safe. Next day they solved it. But the sink was leaking afterwards

Very bad internet in the room. The internet at the reception and the coffee shop was OK. Laud barking dogs the hole day and night Not clean, fungus in the bathroom The hotel is a bit old, rusty aircon, door doesn't look properly, no curtin between toilet and shower Towels are old and hard Not hot water at the lobby Electric outlet outside the balcony is dangerous

Correct room with good location and sea view

nice view from the balcony, close to all restaurants etc while being on the beach.

Room is really simple, not so much amenities, and you see all your neighbours from the balcony (transparent separation). actually you pay for the sea view.

good location but cleaning ladies having parties at 6.15 am in the morning

the coffee is great, the view and location excellent, stuff at coffee bar is great, Filipino breakfast very good, old but clean, receptionist nice young man

early in the morning local cleaning ladies of the were next to our room at the terrasse partying very loud. even when we told them that we are sleeping next door they were laughing and chatting and having breakfast super loud. The hotel owner should change this stuff, all others are friendly and work hard and those women ruin everything.

Staffs are friendly and approachable. They lend us towel free of charge during our first stay going out for inland tour in El Nido. The view from our Balcony is really stunning.

Love the view when you wake up.

I have visited El Nido on a number of occasions and have always stayed at Rosannas and I will return there for any future visits as the property is good value for money and the staff are great. On this visit, however, due to the bad weather, the solar panels that heat the water were ineffective and you had to ask the staff to switch on the immersion heater to get hot water. Over the 8 night stay, I rarely got hot water.

beautiful location away from the noise. awesome staff. lacking internet.

the location was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. however the fact that Wi-Fi is advertised but non existent leaves much to be desired. I will include that in my glowing review I plan on giving as everything else was no less than 5 stars.

Wi-Fi did not exist. briefly connect then disconnect. wrong password when it was the right password. or just not available.

Amazing stay !

What can I say, one of the best place we’ve been in the Philippines. Everything was spotless, in front of the beach and the Main Street so location was amazing! Everything is very comfortable and the staff is great! I Recommend 100%

Nothing. Our toilet clogged for a minute and the gentleman at the reception was so reactive that it lasted not even 20 mins! thank you !!
