Joyful Great House exceeded our expectations. The property offers great accessibility and beautiful sea views, but what truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. We will certainly return in the future.
We had a lovely stay and would happily return. A little extra attention to the cleaning of the bathroom and its doors would make the experience absolutely perfect.

Location: In the middle of town, with easy access to restaurants, bars, tricycles, and tour services.
The restroom and the thin glass doors were the only things we didn't particularly like. During one of our stays, it was quite windy, and the glass doors felt a bit fragile, making us worry they might shatter. You can also hear some noise from outside, but it didn't really bother us that much.

The location is great and near to downtown. Beach front, near to Big bad Thai. Ate at the front desk is helpful and nice.
Cleanliness is poor, internet poor , water pressure is very weak. There are small ants, cockroach and water leaked at the terrace in the sliding door when it rained.
