The value for money is superb. The location is very peaceful. They have complete amenities (beyond our expectations). Their beds are very relaxing after your whole day of activities. The staffs are very helpfull in very needs and inquiry.

Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig. Zum Essen waren wir meist nebenan bei Alimos wo es sehr gutes Essen gibt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind gereist und hatten wie versprochen ein Bett für ihn bekommen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend für Familien!

The property is amazing if you’re looking to be left alone. The actual room was a 10/10 with many lovely details and amazing large bed and another big bed too.
We were there during a typhoon and staff offered no kind of assistance or care, even before the typhoon hit. We felt like a bother to them. The generator was only run when they were there I suppose for their own use and then on one occasion said it would be turned off for an hour but ended up being almost 4 hours. Very inconvenient as we were stuck there with no light water or internet. The explanation was that they were working at another hotel. The owner on the other hand who was in Manila but we communicated via booking.com was considerate enough to move us to her brothers hotel down the road who did have generator working all the time and was very accommodating but a much smaller room with only one bed which is not what we paid for but still very much appreciated at that point.

15 minutes à pied du centre de El nido mais à l'écart de l'agitation et du bruit.
A notre arrivé, l'hôte est venu à notre rencontre pour nous expliquer qu'il n'était pas en mesure de nous recevoir car le logement avait soit disant un problème technique. Il nous propose une solution de remplacement ne correspondant absolument pas à nos critère de choix mais voilà : allez trouver un autre logement à 18h dans une station balnéaire hyper fréquentée!
Nous voilà donc au deuxième étage d'un Hôtel fait de métal et de plastique présentant toutes les conditions de confort et de services nécessaires mais sans charme.
Un message nous avait été envoyé la veille pour nous dire :" you book a reservation to our hotel for tomorrow" !
