The hotel/our room and bathroom were super clean and it was very comfortable. We had a little balcony with green views. The breakfast area is open and green lush views too. Food is alright no big selection but ok.
We loved the location as it is more in a raw and authentic neighbourhood, and that's what we tend to look for. With lots of local businesses, like restaurants (SUPER CHEAP ONES), local stores and laundry services just down the road. We did ours close by, from the small shop down the road - the lady was lovely and the clothes smelled AMAZING.
The location, if you're looking to be in the mix, walking distance, can be a no go. For us was perfect. We rented a bike that put us in town in 3min, but we know there are closer places.
Also, it was a bit tricky to find when we got dropped by a tuktuk.

Location is great, out of town and very quiet.
Staff is great, very friendly and kind.
Breakfast is ok and the meal room is lovely with a nice view.
The smell of mold in the room was very bad.
Our room had two windows that were facing where the staff hang around so they had to stay permanently shut.
The mattress was very hard and the pillow very low quality. I left the accommodation with a massive upper back pain.
The shower is quite annoying as it has a pump that must be constantly engaged to receive water.
Also the scooter rented was quite poor quality and was given with empty tank.
