This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, No Smoking, No Incense Burning. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, shower/bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a 30-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV, WI-FI internet access, leather couch, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, surround sound for stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking and a small balcony with a bench.
The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious steal in Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

Very clean and quiet place to stay for a sightseeing trip or event. The most welcoming short term rental I've ever walked into. 5 minutes from the coliseum and outlet shopping. 15 minutes to downtown. The host was very friendly, and communication was excellent.

The host was a perfect gentleman, with the perfect blend of reaching out to ensure everything was taken care of, and keeping distance for our visit. The pad was a perfect use of space and perfectly cozy. Worth the stay....
