It was relatively clean and the price for our stay was good. The sound proof was good as they have 3 layers of glass windows. I also like that every floor has a drinking water dispenser with hot and cold water. It was good for a one night stay. Not sure if I would consider it for long term stay.
It was really old. The bathroom looked clean but the shower area had a lot of water marks and other marks.

It located very near to all the transportation lines, and easy to find.
The hotel is quite worn down due to wear and tear.

The location is very convenient with kids. The HSR is a quick Uber/taxi drive to the hotel. There is a light rail stop near the hotel that takes about 5 minutes on foot. There are cheap tasty breakfast shops nearby that open really early in the morning. The hotel provided a crib for my baby.
The price seemed a bit high. For what we paid, we felt the room should've included hand soap, toothbrushes, and a laundry bag (There was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower.) The closet was old and created a VERY loud creaky noise every time we opened it. The floors were very dirty, so my feet got quite dirty. There isn't much security. The lobby workers didn't seem to pay attention at who was coming/going because of the self check-in/out method on kiosk machines. Therefore, anyone can access the floors via elevators because the elevator doesn't require key cards to go up/down.
