It was spacious and had a jacuzzi.
There was no mention on the hotel website or booking.com about the 2 flights of steps leading up to the room (we are unfamiliar with car motels here in the US) and my elderly parents had a difficult time.
Accessibility was poor, there was no other way to leave the motel except through the interior 'car park'.
The first room my parents stayed in reeked of smoke and we wanted a different room, but staff could not accommodate. Later in the evening the toilet flooded so they 'had a free room' suddenly.
We weren't sure how family friendly it is, it gave the vibe of an adult motel.
We considered changing hotels even though it was non-refundable.
