It has a very good Location- just in the middle of the city center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

The bathtub was huge. Drinks were cheap. The staff helped me with an early check in. Breakfast included. Hot water. I had a place to hand wash my clothes and dry them. Breakfast was ok. Close to all buses going to the bus and train station. 20 minutes ride maximum.
Breakfast isn't until 11 am, as advertised. They don't refill the soap dispenser during room service. They constantly close sections of the hotel without notifying their guests. No microwave. Small bed. No sheets. No hygiene kits such as lotion and soap. They have a very limited supply of alcohol and only one brand of vodka. The location was not great. Only a mall across the street. The refrigerator wasn't working. Had to put food outside of the window. Wasn't really worth the money. No tour advertising or help with sightseeing. They don't recommend anything. You have to let them microwave your food when it is cold. Hotel restaurant isn't always available.
