Our beautiful holiday home is close to the center and only a few minutes' walk from the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Modernly furnished with Italian flair. Have breakfast on our beautiful terrace or in the conservatory.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and the location was perfect. Room had a small balcony with a view. It was close to many attractions. Car parking was ideal next to the building. The available public transportation was very efficient. The additional fee of 9 Euros per person for the public transportation was affordable. We didn't need to use our car during our stay.
Room description of being a Suite was not correct. It was one single room with a double bed, a small sofa and a chair. It was barely furnished as it had no dresser just an area to hang shirts and some open shelfs for the cloth. Room had no minibar or refrigerator. Balcony was not private. It had to be shared with the neighbor's room. On the third floor, Wifi was unreliable to non-existent, especially inside the room. For Internet reception we had to go to the lobby area.

Location is very good, parking slot for each customers.
We stayed on the 3rd floor without elevator. Doable, but for elderly not suitable at all.

It was a beautiful property and they were accommodating. They were accommodating when we wanted to stay an additional night.
It was very hot when we were there a fan would have been very helpful. The rooms out front are very noisy on the road.

The breakfast is truly worth it, matches the offerings nearby price but of course being buffet really increased the options and intake. I also thought the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating.
That the windows didn't have bug nets. of course being so close to nature a lot of little bugs come in due to the light at night which also meant we could not sleep with windows opened and were a little hot.
