The staff were extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful, and informative. The breakfast was top notch! One of best we ever had. Location excellent. In center of Bad Schandou, and thus whole Saxon Switzerland. After amazing hikes, soaked in Toskana and hotel spas to refresh. Worth it! Highly recommended! Bonus for very nice paintings everywhere including room.
This is nitpicking but still distracts from stay. WiFi was a bit unreliable, with technical issues sometimes with logging in. Had to log in everyday. But not that big deal as we didn’t spend much time on WiFi

The breakfast buffet was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful about walks, the therme and things to do and how to get there. The bar in the evening was great. Happy hour for aperitifs with a wide range. The hotel gave a free local pass for transport and free ‘coin’ token and towels for the spa. We had a lovely stay.
Searching for something…. The piped music in the common area downstairs seemed to lack feeling. Some great songs, but ouch, painful to hear!
