The fact u have to have a deposit for the room when I search i clearly searched for one that I didn't need one kinda missed me off

I Was having trouble operating the remote for the TV. Staff came to my room and showed me how to operate it. I appreciated that just outside my room, there was a grassy area where I could wake my dog. MP9

The staff was great and very accommodating. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The pictures of the room and breakfast area DID NOT look like the pictures online when I booked it. The lights above the bed were big bright can lights so lights were on it was way too bright. The breakfast did not have anything hot except for where you could make waffles. We found some of the yogurt was out of date so we had to check them to be able to eat any. The TV kept switching to another program like it was connected to another TV in another room. The attendant was sleeping in the am when we got up for breakfast, probably because the lobby A/C was out and heat makes you sleepy. I also didn't like the there was a $100 deposit to stay, normally the deposits are $50.
