Room was clean and comfortable, front desk staff though pleasant seemed disorganized and not helpful. Room didn't have a hair dryer, we asked for one, never appeared. Otherwise OK for a one night stay.

Best breakfast and very comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Love all day coffee. It is a little older and could use a little updating . But okay otherwise. Prices were reasonable just surprised about security deposit. My checkout was quick and deposit returned. I would stay again.

Clean room. Except maybe carpet. But just don’t walk barefoot. Grateful breakfast goes to till 10. Normal egg, meat, breads, waffle and cereal. Great friendly staff. Check in is a little slow compared to some. And don’t forget to have your $100 deposit. Cash or card. (Returned after room inspection during check out)

Great spacious room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Convenient parking right outside your door. Many security cameras throughout property. Strict rules about having company visit your room. They issue parking pass for registered guest. Breakfast served till 10am every day. Large guest breakfast area. ie- waffle, scrambled eggs, Sauage, choice of bed. choice of cereal. choice of Danishes. All staff I encountered were very professional and friendly. -- All areas of hotel I encountered were clean and safe. Room inspection during check prior to return of $100 deposit.

It was home away from home despite fact that I couldn't turn closed captions on TV even it was fun watching my kids trying to figure out how to work the remote especially with cable as they're used to Roku at home. I'm not complaining as it gave me opportunity to read my book while letting kids watch TV.

I didn't realize I had to pay 200 dollar deposit so I would like a refund . The hickory location charged me no deposit, so I had to leave property and sleep in my car

THE HEATER DID NOT WORK, THERE WAS NO INSULATION AROUND THE DOOR AND COLD AIR BILLOWED IN ALL AROUND THE DOOR, THE SECURITY LOCK DID NOT WORK, and there were not stoppers on the sink or tub. The person at the front desk did not seem to care when I complained, and the manager was not there. I paid $133.89 for this dive! Having heat and a locking door are minimum expectations when staying at a hotel!!!

It was okay. The pool looked good and big even if we didn't really use it. The lady was very strict about breakfast. We were getting kicked off the table at ten. Checking in was easy, the counter lady was nice. Overall it wasn't bad for a stop-over.

Stay was decent except few things - the bathtub was not clean, coffee maker inside the room did not look good enough to use. What did I like: the staff was very good and responsive, the swimming pool was good and complementary breakfast was excellent. There is a Waffle house near by which is walkable.

The property is undergoing renovation with the intent to improve overall. The staff was great. Our room was clean. As part of the improvements, an upgraded AC system would be beneficial .

The control on heating system didn’t work. It ran all the time and we had to cut system completely off to keep room from getting too hot.

First of all the phone rang at 3:30 in the morning for no reason. And just when I got back to sleep the garbage truck emptied the dumpster right next to my room at 4:50 a.m. there was no shampoo in my room and I had to go to the front desk in the rain. Last I asked for a bottle of water and there was none available I've stayed here over 25 times and this is the worst experience. Won't be staying here again

Check in was easy- there are no elevators at this hotel. We needed a quick place to stay due to issues with our house rental. There are cameras everywhere- which made me concerned of our safety. Room 204 was not clean and very outdated. I can smell an odor from the carpet. There were stains on the walls. The bathtub had drainage issues. The heat works when it wants to (we were there on the coldest day in NC) The walls are paper thin- I could hear the people next door talking. The breakfast was decent.. hot eggs and sausage, yogurt, cereal, bagels, waffles… overall, spend extra $$ and stay elsewhere

Pictures looked nice once we got there it didn’t look like pictures, microwave beeped all day and night, the lights in bed didn’t all work the arm off the chair was broke off the bathroom needs deep cleaned or remodeled paint peeling off door tile black
