The room was very spacious, with a beautiful view. The hotel is close to the city center with plenty of great restaurants and bars. Very kind staff, rich breakfast. The spa center was the cherry on top.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices to meet the needs of different groups.
The gym is a bit small and lacks complete equipment; I suggest adding more.

We booked a room but got an apartment with 2 rooms, so it was larger than expected. Toilet and bathroom was separated which was great and unusual for a hotel room. Hotel and room was clean, breakfast was excellent, price seemed to be lower than in similar hotels - during our stay we found out the probable reason.
The room did not have air conditioning and had a tilt window with minimal opening, preventing ventilation of the room. During hot summer days the room heats up, and although the night was chilly outside we were boiling in the room because we were not able to properly open the window and the tilt window did not let in any fresh air, only the huge noise from the street. So a good sleep was impossible.
Hotel's response to a similar review was:
- They could have asked for the window to be opened by hotel staff - How were we supposed to know about that option when there was a sign posted on the window explicitly stating that the windows cannot be opened?
- They could have asked for a room with A/C - We did not need an A/C, and we could not have known when we made the booking that the windows cannot be opened, in all hotels there is either a window that can be opened or there is A/C (or both).
