Me gustó mucho el apartamento y la ubicación, para poder acceder andando a la playa de la concha y a la de los locos solamente bajando las escaleras. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bastante moderno, y tenía un gran ventanal en el salón para poder ver las vistas también los días de lluvia
Estaban construyendo una casa justo enfrente, que quitará vistas. Los propietarios no nos advirtieron de la obra, que era muy ruidosa y nos despertaba y no nos dejaba descansar como necesitábamos en nuestra semana de vacaciones. Habríamos preferido que los propietarios hubieran sido honestos antes de ir, ya que estropeó nuestras vacaciones.

El sitio tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y hay varios atajos para bajar a la playa y a la zona del paseo marítimo, bien de La Concha o bien de Los Locos. El coche lo puedes dejar en la misma puerta lo cual es muy cómodo porque aparcar en esa zona es complicadísimo en Agosto.
Había un par de sillas rotas y al ser toda la comunicación vía WhatsApp es un poco impersonal.

La ubicación perfecta y los dormitorios muy bien, cocina equipada para lo necesario
Una de las camas era de muelles, algo incomoda. Las duchas muy pequeñas y los sofas debían poner funda o renovar. Además de poner Chromecast o TV Smart TV

Close to the beach, although a little bit of a walk.
Lovely view during the day.
When we first entered, we were met with the faint smell of animal. It seems like someone stayed here with their pet and it wasn't cleaned well after.
There was no coffee maker, there was an extremely used moka percolator. We opted to just use instant coffee in boiled water.
The furniture was stained, old and sagging. I'm not sure which apartment is in the property photos but it wasn't ours. The deck furniture was not set up like the pictures and there were no cushions for the loungers.
The bed in the main bedroom was hard. I've had more comfortable sleeps on intercity trains. It was supposedly a Japanese mattress but it doesn't matter - it was uncomfortable.
The Wi-Fi didn't seem to work. Nor did the bathroom fan.
If you're expecting a nighttime view of the sea, manage your expectations. A flood light (see photos) from the neighboring building illuminated the side of the apartment all night, lighting up the master bedroom, and forcing us to keep our curtains closed. It also prevented any enjoyment of the patio after dark.
The area it's located in is inundated with tourists (understandable since it's next to the beach) and the only nearby food options are subpar.
