Location is perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful. The spa and bath are nice. The optional "healthy breakfast" is recommended. A good selection of Japanese/Hokkaido and Western fare. Free booze and somen noodles in the evening. I didn't need it, but there is a selection of different types of pillows, which is a huge thing that a lot of places need to get on.
I recommend that they make efforts to locate in capsules that are not right across from the toilet/washroom entrance. Lots of early risers making noise. I noticed that that trend had started with the two further capsules unused. Just save the other closer ones until last to check-in (which maybe I was :(
The coffee machine wasn't up the standard of the other food selections. Soda was fine.

Facilities: the hotel has a spa.
The capsules are small and the material they are made off is loud when accidentally hit with the elbow or head.
