very very close to the station, less than 5min walk. the inroom kettle was kinda dirty so we did not use it but that's the only gripe. really appreciated the charger provided inroom. unfortunately the window opened up to a solid wall. great service in helping us call to book a last minute ferry ticket.

The main building is very old, wooden desk with black dots and many scratches, doesn’t feel good. The bath area was very small, the sink looks old. Location is good, close to JR station, staff is very nice and able to help customer. Good at its convenience and cheap price, but I would rather choose other hotel which looks newer

Located near JR Hakodate station. Check in is a breeze. Short walk to convenient stores and eateries.

Great place for staying close to the central station. Right across from the bus terminal next to the train station. Walkable in 3 mins to the city tram stop. Convenience store and super market walkable within 5 -7 mins. And dining options are close. Room was good and quiet. Bathroom was standard Japanese size so tiny deep Soak tube and toilet and sink all close together. Might be a little tight for large foreigners but does the job. No complaints and have stayed at this location multiple times.

Great place and people, just across from the station. Unfortunately they turn off the A/C functionality for the winter, but it was hot up there this year. At least the window provided some cool air when the rain rolled in.

This no fuss hotel that maintains high standards in terms of efficiency, cleanliness and convenience. Highly recommended for travellers with limited time in Hakodate as it's just opposite the Hakodate JR Station and is close to many tourist sites.

It is well situated from train, tram and bus stations!! The room is big enough to accomodate 3 guests which was right for us. We liked the self help counter for towels etc!! We enjoyed our stay and will book the same hotel when we return. Thanks Flexstay Inn for the warm hospitality from all the staff!!

I booked 2 rooms at the Flexstay Inn Hakodate Station. I was a great stay. Hotel was comfortable, clean and staff were friendly. It is a short walk from the Hakodate Station. Check in was efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. There is much to do in the area withing walking distance although it is a morning market area so choices are fewer for dinner. WiFi was adequate for streaming video to the TV.

Situated across from the Hakodate Station, the location of this hotel is truly exceptional. With transportation, food, and markets in close proximity, everything you need is easily accessible. Although the hotel isn’t large, the large room provided ample space for four adults.

We definitely recommend this hotel for the price, convenient, perfect location which is in front of Hakodate station, restaurants are everywhere. The hotel provides free varieties of complete, nice and nutritious take out or eat in breakfast. The room is clean and sufficient for two people and clean bathroom. Fridge, kettle, wifi, plugs to charge of electric gadgets are provided. Despite of no closet or shelf in the room, except of 2 hooks to hang our clothes and coats and put our backpacks on the floor. The room is not being cleaned everyday however you can get your clean towels yourself in front of the office and throw your own garbage beside the hotel at the end of your stay.
