This spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home located in North Morro Bay with breathtaking ocean views. This two story home features single level living on the top entry floor with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen living room and large outdoor deck. On the outdoor deck you will find a Gas BBQ as well as charcoal BBQ and plenty of room for everybody to hangout indoors or outdoors. Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms and a large backyard complete with horseshoe pit, BBQ pit, large deck and not to mention more ocean views! The first bedroom upstairs features a King size bed with ocean views, and the second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with a TV. Downstairs the first bedroom has a queen size bed with ocean views and a TV, while the second bedroom down stairs is perfect for the kids or extended family with a king bed, queen bed and a single bed, as well as a TV and full bathroom. This home is the perfect beach getaway for family and friends to spend a vacation with plenty of room for everybody to hang out together as well as space to get away and relax.

The patio deck was a favorite hang out with the beautiful view of Morro Rock and ocean. The kitchen cleanliness was a negative. The drawers were dirty and sticky, and many pots and pans had flaky nonstick material. The kitchen towels need changing. The big TV was great for whole family viewing.

Comfortable with plenty of room. Close to beach and down town. Some minor cleanliness issues. Palm trees partially obstruct view of ocean. Million dollar ocean views blocked by palm trees???

The deck with 180 degree view of the ocean, including the famous Morro Rock, was a great gathering spot for family and friends. The kitchen is large and well equipped for meals. The 4 bedrooms (5 beds) had comfortable mattresses. And, the three bathrooms accommodated all without shower “conflicts.” It was a great stay and looking forward to going back.

Attended Morro Bay Ironman and it was about 2 miles from the start. We enjoyed our stay and more than enough room for our party. The place is spacious and clean. We would probably stay there again in the future.

Great view of the ocean with a large deck and nice yard. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Could be cleaned better but owner has been informed and I'm sure he will work on that.

This property had a great location overlooking Morro Rock. The house was spacious, larger than we anticipated. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was updated and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Nice property with excellent views of the ocean. Neighborhood was "groovy" and fun to walk around, walking distance to a grocery store. Great central location to SLO and San Simeon.

This property exceeded our expectations. Big, comfortable, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, but kitchen, living room great for kids and adults. Upper deck offered good views and comfortable eating space. Laundry facilities provided. We also appreciated the lack of clutter that some vacation rentals have. All in all, a very excellent rental experience.

Everything at this home was wonderful. Felt so at home here. Plenty of supplies for a large family. The house is very nice! Loved the balcony off the kitchen. The beach is just about a 10 minute walk. Just wonderful. I would stay there again for sure!

We enjoyed the long weekend in Morro Bay! The deck was the highlight and the whole family enjoyed the house with two levels and privacy upstairs to downstairs with backyard entrance through the lower level. It was tastefully decorated anf clean. The views were so awesome !!!

This is the second time we've stayed here. The layout of the house is very great for two families: two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, plenty of sleeping accommodations. We were a little disappointed that the fire pit and horse shoe pit were no longer there this time (the description needs to be changed to reflect that), but it was still a great time.

We had a group of 6 of us stay over the weekend for my friend’s bachelorette weekend. It was so perfect for relaxation and the view was great. It felt like a home and not a rental property in the best way. There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, although some tea options would be appreciated! We loved cooking in the kitchen and enjoyed naps in the sun on the balcony in between activities.

This house worked really well for the 2 couple as and two friends in our group. Great living room for playing games, awesome view from the deck and deck table worked great for eating lunches and dinners. Beds were all comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was also great for our group. The living and dinning room all have newer flooring and layout for lower master (with multiple beds) is a bit different, which did not affect our stay at all. The only thing we thought was the listing should be updated with newer pictures and update some of the descriptions as there currently is no horseshoe pit nor fire pit. We would stay again for sure. Thanks.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils and spices. There are two bedrooms upstairs with kitchen and living area. The other two bedrooms are downstairs. The checkin and checkout was easy and smooth. Ian was responsive. Small difference then what is in the picture - downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a bunk bed. Instead there is a queen, king and futon. Still a lot of sleeping options.

This house has everything you need for a comfortable visit: a well-stocked kitchen; plush towels; quiet neighborhood; very clean and organized. While we were just two, it would be ideal for a larger family gathering, as there is plentiful space downstairs, with a large room that would be great for the kids.

While the house wasn’t really close to the beach it did give us a good view of the ocean. It had a nice deck from which to enjoy the panoramic view. The house was perfect for our group of four guys who gathered for golf and catching up.

An older home. Over all feeling of going to your grandparents home..... as much as they charge for cleaning that house should sparkle. I found it to be grimey. The cabinets, handles and kitchen drawers especially. I washed everything before we used it. Shower curtains on main floor was moldy. Bring your own pillows these have been for a very long time and are so flat you can fold over several times. The house is large enough to host a large group. So if your just going to party and have a place to crash. This would be a perfect home for you. I guess I should have been drinking so I would notice that the kitchen needed a deep clean. Yes, I did tell the property manager. I wanted to give them an opportunity to get right for the next renter. No I wouldn't rent again. But, who knows could be just right for someone else.
