Not bad could have been better

Location to beach and shops

It smelt very dank. Frying pan everything stuck. Upstairs guests were loud and hard to sleep.

Beautiful area but unclean and outdated Villa.

Perfectly positioned within walking distance to Bluey’s beach and coffee shops/ general store etc. Fabulous pool and the outside grounds were well manicured. Parking spot also a bonus. Bathroom was the only room in the villa to have been fairly new, washer/dryer all great. Dishwasher another bonus.

The villa needs some TLC. Although I had seen photos and expected the decor to be dated, what I didn’t expect was for the place to be unkempt, to have cupboards full of pieces of carpet, old linen, irons from the 1950s and the kitchen cupboards full of utensils and pots and pans and over flowing with cleaning products such as 3 dust pan and brush sets but all old and dirty. The floors looked and felt like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The seating lounge furniture is so old all of the upholstery feels like your sitting on rocks and the double bed in the 2nd bedroom was so old it had a huge hole in the middle.

It was nice to catch up on Blueys having stayed there many times in the past . VillaManyana has not

location ,

no BBQ , no air conditioner , insufficient heating (although very promptly assisted by agent) , position for parking inapropriate - too far away from unit . Exhaust fan in bathroom would be an advantage .

Good area, quiet and comfortable.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to the shops.

We felt it was a little expensive for the unit. If there had been a local motel we would have elected to stay there instead.
