Located in Wilmington, this charming house for $139 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. New to HomeAway but not new to vacation rental hosting! We have over 200 five star positive reviews on other platforms. Our cozy 3 bedroom home (not shared) with 1 bath is perfect for families wishing to stay near Los Angeles destinations. Close to freeways, we are a 10 mile drive to Hermosa beach, 15 miles to Los Angeles airport, 20 miles to Hollywood, and 25 miles to Disneyland. The maximum occupancy for my home is for families of 5, as we have 3 beds total. The space Check in time is anytime after 5pm. Checkout time is by 11am or earlier. Our home is unique because if you were to get a nearby hotel room for the same price, you'll only be getting one room with max 2 beds. Here, you'll be getting a whole 3 bedroom house with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, two 55 inch flat screen tv's, (Netflix and Apple TV only, No cable TV) and free parking which can fit 3 cars. Our home is 1212 square feet. Two of the bedrooms are 10x11ft. Each have one queen size bed and can sleep two adults. The third bedroom is small (6 1/2 x 9ft) with a twin bed and can sleep one person. Our bathroom is small (5 x 7 ft) but has all the necessities; bathtub, shower, with removable shower handle sink, and of course toilet. Fresh towels are provided along with soap and shampoo. For your safety, we have video surveillance outside at our backyard and front door facing the driveway and street to ensure you are safe during your stay. (None inside) We also have bars on the windows and security gates on the front and back door for extra protection. NO pets/animals allowed. There is no housekeeping during your stay. Please tidy up and wash your dishes while you are at my home. My home is older, and this is a "blue collar", working class neighborhood. We respect our neighbors as there are many nearby, and you should too. There is the hustle and bustle of daily Los Angeles life, and our prices reflect this. If you are expecting an upscale neighborhood such as Beverly Hills or Manhattan Beach with an ocean view, this place is NOT for you! • If you are looking for a budget friendly place that is not shared and you plan on being out for most of the day or evening to enjoy what Los Angeles has to offer, and need a clean place to rest afterwards, this place IS for you! If you have these expectations in mind, you will enjoy our homet to the fullest. Our home is simple yet cost effective. What a great deal! We understand that occasionally a plate will break, a spill on the carpet will happen, and so forth. Please notify me if an accident does happen, most likely it will be something easy to fix! I'm an easy going person. However, if you do not mention it and I find it after you have checked out, I will charge your deposit fee for the damage(s)/incidental(s) appropriately. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: *** Please note that the maximum guests is 5 people, and it must be the ones you've mentioned who will be coming to stay at my home. No parties, illegal activity, loud music, events, or outside guests allowed. As mentioned earlier we do have outside video surveillance to monitor these unwanted activities. Those who do not follow these rules will be reported to Homeaway/VRBO/(or other website) for eviction with no refund.
