Adequate

The facility was clean. Older, remodeled motel. While no shuttle to Port/Airport, they did call a taxi for us.

There is no lobby. Access to the attendant is via a bank-type window. No ice machine was provided. No shuttle is available. This is a park and cruise motel for the Port of Los Angeles. Parking while taking a cruise is very limited, estimate only 8 - 10 holdover parking spaces.

Great value, decent place to stay

We were greeted in the parking lot and had arrived before noon. We were allowed to check in and to to our room. They were terrific. The location is great with lots of places to walk to. We walked with our suitcases all the way to the port. It was all downhill.

The beds were very hard and we could have used a couple more towels. Also the door needs to be replaced but I am assuming that with all the renovations that will be happening.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was very pleasant and we will surely come back.

The location is very good. It is very easy to reach the cruise terminal.The room had all the amenities and was very clean.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing we missed was a lamp on the bedside table

We got a good night sleep. It was a stop over on the way to our cruise terminal.

It was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. They were able to give us an ADA room.

The neighborhood has seen better days. Good in daylight.

EXCEPTIONAL VALUE!

This is an exceptional property. It has recently been renovated. Everything is new and up-to-date. The bathrooms are lovely with lots of tile. It is really close (1 mile) to Port of Los Angeles, where cruise ships depart. There is excellent Italian coffee in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this motel. Great value for the money.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. It is well maintained and clean. It would be nice to have breakfast available, but I can also do without it. The Italian coffee in the room is amazing. This is a hidden gem!

Great place

Our room was very clean and quiet. We had a fridge and microwave which was very nice. The front desk was very helpful. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and they were very accommodating and friendly!

No bedside lights. only one bedside cabinet. no kettle. one thin blanket so it was cold. heater so noisy we had to turn it off overnight.

You get what you pay for. Wasn’t great,

The location was very convenient to the cruise port. Parks a short drive away. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. We stayed in the two bedroom, three bed room. It was roomy, and very easily fit 7 people. The water was very hot!

The location was a bit sketchy. We’re quite certain we heard a few rounds of gun shots in the middle of the night. The floors were filthy. The room was scorching when we arrived and took a while to cool down. The second room never truly cooled down.

Staff was extremely helpful

Efforts made by manager to provide clean room, ice from his private quarters as there was none other, get us a taxi to port for cruise, suggest where to dine. Also newly remodeled bathroom and floors very nice.

No Ice available, some more coffee pods (only 1), air conditioning needs to be improved

Staff was terrible. Not clean. I checked out, the staff said there was nobody to check the room so they didn't want to refund my 50dls deposit, had to call my bank, stay away!!

It’s not clean honestly the bed sheet was dusty and dirty under the bed was nothing but dust and little crumbs of some stuff!!! Also my fiancé when to the office to ask for some fresh towels and the lady was super rude and told her that I already had towels and just continued to be rude about not given her fresh ones I’ve had 2 towels but they were dirty!! Also had like little bugs flying around honestly never again!
