Nice enough place. Older property, fairly recently remodeled. Comfortable and convenient to the cruise port. Restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Catching a ferry to hike across Catalina the next morning. Motel was very clean. I upgraded to a King bed pleasantly suprised to see a Keurig coffee maker. They had free parking and also paid parking while I was in Catalina. Staff was awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised , how clean and somewhat modern it looked inside. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker; vinyl flooring On the downside, no phone inside. Also when u check in, there is no lobby, so you stand outside to check in and the window between you and clerk is a bit too heavily tinted for my liking, so makes communicating a bit challenging. I would stay here again. Cheers

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The good was we were able to do an early check in and the front desk lady gave us a room not right next to Pacific Ave (a very busy street). The bad was that the pillows were very poor (stained and torn, picture attached). We were also woken up at 12:03 am by multiple gun fire in the neighborhood and then again at 5:30 am by more gun fire. The ugly is that we decided to check out the next morning instead of staying an additional night and informed the desk person at 9:00 am about this. She said she would contact Hotels.com and credit the second evening. When Hotels.com contacted her (at my request), she refused to credit the second evening. We would never consider staying here again.

In town for a fishing trip. Check in was easy, place was clean, had a good quiet night sleep. Would book again.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. It didn't come close to matching previous reviews. There wasn't an office to go into to register or ask questions. We had to stand outside at a window and ring a bell for anything including registration. The room didn't even have a phone to call for any assistance. They did give us good info and a map to find restaurants and areas of interest.

Great stay. Smaller motel. We took ground floor so no stairs. But was noisy with ppl walking around above us with shoes at 0600 next morning. Also ppl talking loudly in the am outside your door but that is disrespectful ppl not the hotel. Basic hotel but bed comfy, it was clean, area is pretty quiet and felt safe. Wld use this motel and area again. Booked to be close to cruise ship San Pedro. Walking distance for sure. Took about 15 min max. Flat then a bit downhill. Then a nice walk along the harbour to the ship. Had coffee at sacred grounds. Ate breakfast at the think cafe on the way to the ship. Great food and staff. Lyft to hotel 52$ from lax. Was a great option.

Very nice for the price you pay. No carpet in the rooms. Newly renovated. Three piece bathroom. Walking distance to å lot of stuff. Very friendly staff.

Clean and convenient for the cruise ship. Staff was very helpful. Took advantage of the cruise parking deal way cheaper then the at the terminal. Great places to eat within walking distance. In my opinion its was one of the cleanest motel rooms I've stayed in.

Room was clean but it was bare minimum. There was no lamp on the night stand. Had to get up to turn the lights on or off. The creamer in the coffee packet was so old that it had turned solid. Towels were old and worn out. They should have replaced them long time ago. Toiletries were bare minimum with 2 packets of shampoo and two small bar soaps. No conditioner and no lotion. Only 2 pillows on the queen bed I will not go back! I like fluffy towels, 4 pillows and lamps on the night stand. I also like to have lotion, shampoo, conditioner provided.

Owner was Super Nice. We were staying to Leave on cruise next day. It’s a motel so had no expectations like you would with hotel. But it was very reasonable. Right by port. Let us park there for half the cost of cruise center parking and got us an Uber to take us to ship and told us how to get back. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a nicer guy

The room was clean. There was no hand towels, no bathmats for the bathtub and no Kleenex. The gentleman who checked us in did help with luggage.

We were pleasantly surprised at the newly remodeled room with all the amenities. It was clean and comfortable and they helped us call a cab to go to the ship. Highly recommend!

Homeless around.the smell.in the room.and the.lack of communicating at the front desk.i went over 2 times.never found no one. But it s ok for one-night before my cruise next day.

We arrived very late and were greeted warmly. The night staff was very helpful. Room was adequate but small. A very large window was left open with no screen , that opened to other windows from other rooms. We had requested and booked a Lombard Street View. There was no view! Odd to leave the window wide open too! Staff very helpful to keep our luggage and leave our car until we returned from our tour . Generally speaking, a good hotel, but unfortunately as with most of San Francisco these days, homeless people around and we were told to be careful.

A little bit dodgy area and an old motel (my guess from the design is its from the 1960's) but the staff was nice and the room was clean. And best feature, within walking distance of the cruise port. Took me 15-20 minutes with an easy walk route.

Do not recommend anyone staying here. We flet very unsafe in the area. We chose not to stay and booked somewhere else because of how unsafe it felt, particularly when you have children with you. The manager said he would refund booking if he could but because we booked it through expedia nothing he could do. When we raises our concerns with expedia they tried to get us a refund but the hotel wouldn't respond to any mesaages sent. I also found this when I tried to contact them prior to our booking and they also wouldn't reply.

One night stay pre cruise. Super convenient to the port. Friendly check in. Clean no frills room with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bed was a bit firm for our tastes. Very little hot water in the evening, and none in the morning. They offer a 3rd party shuttle to the port for $10 a trip. Lyft was slightly cheaper the day we were there. Price was a bit high IMO for what you get, BUT the convenience to the port is the draw.
