Disgusting conditions could not stay

Nothing could not even stand to spend the night

The bed linen was filthy the location was shady did not stay my friends got there before I could and was terrified of the people they saw around the area

Good budget hotel if you have a car

The owner is friendly and makes coffee every morning. There is a good and cheap Mexican reataurant (Maya) only a few hundred meters away. It is easy to reach by car.

As expected, the hotel is a bit older. The walls are thin, so in case there would be noisy neighbours you would hear them.

I would not recommend staying here. The online review shows pictures of long beach which is a 16 minute drive from this Inn. Other photos show the hotel from a ground perspective but it regrets to show that the area is super sketchy lots of shut down buildings and is in the middle of nowhere. We got there and the door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. There was a sign on the door that told us to call to start self check in. We called the number and the voicemail answered. We call the number on the google website and when the person on the other line picked up, We told them we were here to check in and He just says ok and hangs up. When he came to the door it seemed very much like we were inconviencing him by coming. On the booking site it does not mention you will be sharing a bathroom with all the other guests staying there, which you will. Shower and all. The room is pretty small definitely needs an update. The bed is small and if you move an inch it squeaks really bad. We were unsure if they were fully washed beforehand because we found dust on the bedframe that is screwed to the wall and we woke up feeling greasy. The walls are paper thin. Heard people yelling and laughing all night. As another review stated, it feels like your living at someone elses home rather then an Inn. Wont be coming again.

Honestly, what more could one ask for at this price? The room was clean and I am satisfied.

The owners are friendly, microwave and other breakfast facilities are provided, and they have a gated parking lot (reassuring considering the area). We were able to park for free all three nights. The private bathrooms are reserved individual bathrooms outside your room. They are somehow as large as the actual rooms.

The TV in the room is so small it’s kind of pathetic. Rooms are understandably small, the building is old, and the surrounding area is sketchy. It’s essentially a bunch of warehouses, parked trucks with dark and bumpy roads.

Definitely subpar would not stay again

There were no bugs

The room was grubby the bed was tiny. The bathroom was outside of our actual bedroom. We had to put on the hall to use the bathroom.

Ended up leaving and not staying after feeling uncomfortable about the location and surroundings.

The color scheme in the interior was okay and the staff was friendly. Cannot comment on the room itself as we left before inspecting the room.

The location is very scary with broken cars, trash, scary people surrounding the property. It also feels very run down from the outside. We felt very uncomfortable and felt the exterior and location was not advertised on booking.com or their images. We did not check the room as we left immediately after seeing the property and checking in. I do want to note about being careful as a lot of the rooms have either Jack and Jill bathrooms or detached bathrooms from the room you stay in. It was hard finding information on what type of bathroom my room would have. I also noticed they do not list no refunds on their website. It felt like a step down from many other places we have stayed in the past.

Importante, "O BANHEIRO É FORA DO QUARTO".

O quarto era amplo e limpo, assim como o banheiro. Tinha uma grande escrivaninha, uma cômoda, um armário, uma pia dentro do quarto. Muitas tomadas. O sr. da recepção também era simpatico apesar de não falar bem inglês.

O banheiro era externo e isso não estava bem descrito no anuncio, isso é importante e deveria estar destacado no descrição. Ter de atravesar o corredor principal do hotel no meio da noite de pijamas, não é a coisa mais agradável, apesar de a principio o banheiro ser de uso exclusivo da acomodação em que estava (porque tinha um aviso na porta do banheiro).

Everything. Well placed and near a lot of shops and restaurants. And the parking !!

Nothing at all. Maybe the fact that some rooms have their restrooms in another place, but it's not shared so that's not really a problem

The husband and wife that run the establishment are just the sweetest. Aside from that, there’s not much else that stand

The owners were fantastic! very accommodating, sweet couple. No outrageous deposit for incidentals. We were here for a cruise so only spending the night, it and it was only a $12 Uber ride to the Port.

Location. It was in a very questionable, very industrial area so nothing to do around the hotel itself. We ended up taking a $20 Uber to the beach in Long Beach and enjoyed the day there as there was absolutely nothing in the area aside from one Mexican restaurant and a liquor store/market for snacks.

Will be returning

The locked doors to all entrances and the gate where you can reserve parking was nice and made me feel comfortable. The checkin was super easy and the faculty that works there was very nice as well. I will definitely be coming here again next time we have something in Long Beach to attend.

Some areas of the room were a little dirty but not to a point where it was extremely dirty.

Exceptional

Just what I needed! Friendly staff, clean and plenty of street/private parking. I planned a trip to Disneyland and this location was the perfect midpoint between LAX and Anaheim. Great for the price, I highly recommend.

Really enjoy this place. Great value. Clean Rooms!

Great staff, quiet. Very clean for an older building. Nice big and soft towels. Rooms are big. Small Laundry facility is handy!

neighborhood isn’t great but haven’t had any issues during my 3 stays. parking inside the gate is safer but there is a fee and no in and out access after a certain time. Shower did not get as hot as I like but had great pressure.

Very good

The staff were very nice. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bathroom was really spacious and renovated. walking distance to restaurants. The hotel is located near the cruise port and their parking was inexpensive, fenced and locked (it is infront of the owner's window). The neighborhood is in industrial site of town, but quiet and the front door is always locked safe.

The bathroom was in a hall way, detached from our room. the room was too dark.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 1:30am and the helped us find parking and came outside in the rain to help us inside.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

One thing I didn't like. The main door makes so much noise . Slams so hard, that makes the entire building shake. Mayne because we were in the first floor across the hall was the door. But couldn't sleep well
