Clean and very comfortable. Bed was excellent. Great location and tram nearby.
The genius free breakfast was a small issue as their system wasn’t up to date. When we arrived we were told there was no breakfast but I checked while in the room and saw breakfast was definitely included. It was the genius breakfast and their system apparently didn’t recognise it. The supervisor/manager sorted it thankfully, however every morning when we arrived for breakfast we had to explain to the staff member that our breakfast was included - which was a pain and felt a bit awkward for us.

we specifically needed hotel in this location so it was fine.
The employees at reception are super friendly and helpful.
1. our room was clean but design was quite "tired" and outdated. For one night it was OK but I would never say it's 4 star hotel room rather 2* or 3*
2. Breakfast -- a bit disappointing as for 4* hotel.
It was quite sufficient but they don't offer any fish choice! and this in the most seafood friendly country with North Sea!
There was no salmon at all, no herring (in the Netherlands!!!), just an option of some strange potato-mayonnaise salad with literally some micro pieces of salmon leftovers on top 😳
3. in bathroom was no tooth-kit offered...

Needed a mirror near the hair drier!
Not much choice British TV channels! lots of Brits must visit, so surprised, that BBC is not on TV. Don't want to just watch news channel!
