The location was good. Staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable & had an outside area.
I was allocated a room on the 2nd floor, but due to the steep stairs & an ankle injury I had to pay 20 Euro for a ground floor room.

We had a great stay at Apple Inn despite expecting a less pleasant experience after seeing some of the reviews here. The accommodation is located a bit far from the city centre in the sense of needing the tram to get there. However, we actually took a walk most of the days which we enjoyed as the area where the hotel is located is beautiful. The accommodation was super clean and had everything one needs if you’re planning on being out visiting most of the stay. There was always available staff on premise and they allowed us to leave the luggage after the check-out as we had a late flight. The room is big compared to the average available in Amsterdam and has a balcony as well.
No mini fridge in the room which would be a nice addition.

Location was very good
The room size is very small, especially bathroom. When you wash your hands you can't even turn around, you have to reverse to exit the bathroom.
