The location was perfect-- walking distance to the museums, short distance to public transportation, giving us access to all of Amsterdam and surrounding areas. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was reasonably priced and decent variety. Enjoyed interacting with other guests from various countries in the breakfast area. We had a great view of the park outside our window, which was very pleasant.
The room was small with the king size bed-- getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night was awkward.

We had a great stay here. The property is in a fantastic location, right next to the park, which was lovely and made it easy to get out and explore the area.
The location was also very convenient for getting around, with bike hire available close by. It was a great way to explore the surrounding area and made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a lovely property in a great location, and we really enjoyed our time here.
The main downside was the air conditioning, which unfortunately did not work very well. As a result, the room was quite warm and stuffy, particularly at night, which made it less comfortable for sleeping.

The location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions and transportation. The staff are not only friendly but also highly professional, always willing to assist with any needs and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.
Its prime location offers convenient access, complemented by a highly trained staff, the back garden and is directly facing Vondel park, providing picturesque views and a tranquil outdoor space.

They was no AC and the manager did not handle my concerns appropriately. The front office staff were great!
Bad customer service with manager and no AC.
I was traveling with an elderly woman and the lack of AC made it very difficult to sleep.
