We found the pillows too hard. Possibly provide a range of firmness of pillows.

The individual room is a very good option for alone travelers, you get a very good value for money for a very decent private bathroom and a cozy room with enough space for one. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet area, very close to the museums, but also close if you want to visit other neighbourhoods with more nightlife.
The bed had two thin matresses and the top matress shifted a bit, making it a bit uncomfortable if you move too much.

Location was great. Right opposite the museums and 2 mins from the tram station and lots of good restaurants. For our family, it was good location as it was away from the party areas which felt lot less safer and more crowded.
It was sweltering hot when we were there and the ac was very poor. There was no WiFi signal in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to access WiFi which was very inconvenient.
